Each product is handmade individually. Current production time is approx. 4–6 weeks (currently closer to the upper end).

 

Shipping takes place after production is completed.

 

 

Shipping within Germany:

 

Shipping within Germany is handled reliably by our shipping partners.

 

Delivery time after production is usually a few business days.

 

Once the package has been handed over to the shipping provider, responsibility for transport lies with the carrier.

 

Please note that all delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

 

 

Shipping within the EU:

 

Shipping within the European Union is a flat rate of €29.

 

Delivery time after production varies depending on the destination and usually takes a few business days up to approx. 1–2 weeks.

 

Once the package has been handed over to the shipping provider, responsibility for transport lies with the carrier.

International Shipping (e.g. USA):

 

We ship our products worldwide.

 

Shipping to the USA is currently €79 per order.

 

Delivery time after production is at least approx. 3 weeks, but may vary depending on the destination, shipping provider and handling.

 

Please note that production time of approx. 4–6 weeks applies in addition to shipping time.

 

Group shipments or combined orders are currently not offered.

 

As a small business, we are currently in a testing phase for international shipping processes. Therefore, procedures and delivery times may still evolve depending on the destination.

International shipping is currently primarily designed for smaller products up to 10 kg and approximately 50 × 50cm parcel size.

​

This currently includes:

• Baseboard 9

• Core 12

• Core 16

• compatible accessories such as rods

​

For international shipping, the rods are currently separated into two parts to reduce parcel dimensions.

​

Larger products such as the Longboard or horse pedestals require individual shipping arrangements due to parcel dimensions and increased shipping weight.

​

At the moment, larger parcels up to approximately 20 kg and a maximum parcel size of around 120 × 60 × 60cm can also be shipped internationally. Depending on the destination country, shipping costs are currently approximately €140.

If you are interested in ordering a larger product outside Germany, feel free to contact me before placing your order. In many cases, we can still find a suitable solution together.

I also always appreciate recommendations, experiences, or ideas regarding international shipping options and practical shipping solutions.

Please note that customs regulations, import fees, and country-specific requirements may vary depending on the destination country and can change at short notice. I always do my best to prepare international shipments carefully, but I cannot guarantee specific customs or import regulations in the recipient’s country.

 

 

Customs, Taxes and Additional Fees:

 

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or additional fees.

 

These are determined by the destination country and must be paid by the customer.

 

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict them in advance.
